Optional Matting I will often offer matting free for high end commissions. If you wish to have the piece matted and ready for a frame include that in the mail. I will let you know how much it will be or if it will be included in the price of the commission. Shipping rate depend on the size and weight of the piece, where it is shipped and if it must be shipped flat ( such as matted pieces) . All work is shipped almost exclusively with UPS. Tracking numbers are sent to buyers on the day of shipping. Art is never shipped to a PO box. You must give a shipping address that can accept larger packages and they must be signed for. All art is insured when shipped. Please check the art immediately upon receiving it. Rock Angel Gallery (rockangel.com) and Tara Upchurch (the artist) is not responsible for damage caused in transit. If a damaged piece is returned to the Gallery within 8 days of delivery Rock Angel Galleries will initiate refunds from the shipping company. 15% of the total quoted price is due before work begins. Full refunds are available up to 4 days into the work. At which point the 15% becomes non refundable. Full payment is due before the final piece is shipped. a high quality scan is sent for approval before full payment comes due. More information will be provided in the Commission Inquiry mail. Keep in mind that this is NOT a printing shop. I can and will make prints available to individuals and business. The private url for purchase will be sent in an email if you wish to purchase one or more prints. Designs can be put on many products, just inform me of what kind of product you want the design on and I will let you know if it is possible. Rock Angel Galleries Addendum from the artist 2008: Some are wondering why I do not list prices and or are looking for a bottom line price. I do not do this as a hobby, this is how I make my living. Yes there are probably artists out there that do art as a hobby and can and will undercut my prices. But you will get the piece when they have the time. Since you are paying me to do a job, in fact my job I will ask you for a deadline and the price will partially reflect that deadline as well as the other aspects of the piece. But you can be sure that I will work dilligently to hit that deadline. I never take more than 2 commissions at a time to make sure all my clients recieve the attention and care I put into all my work. There are some basic prices on other work I do which will be listed soon with work examples. Such as photo clean up, color adjustment, manipulation, and repair. Renders , cs brushes. Thats right!
